Strait of Georgia, BC, Canada – While taking the ferry to Victoria I saw this and thought “isn’t it funny how clouds can mimic mountains”. In this shot we have a variety of cloud types layered one on top of the other. The mountains beneath pale in contrast to the clouds above them. Captured on a Canon 20D using a 70-300mm lens.
Oakville, ON, Canada – About a week after Hurricane Ivan struck we were blessed with an absolutely unique sky. The clouds were arranged in long sweeping rows. As the sunset, this created a very colourful and vibrant sky. I scrambled to get to a clearing and fire off a few shots. Captured with a Kodak 6490 with a 28mm lens.
Toronto, ON, Canada – Sometimes the most amazing things are happening and we fail to notice. On my drive today I looked up and this is what I saw. At a red light, I had enough time to fire off 5 shots before getting on the highway. These are some knurly clouds. Captured with a Canon 20D using a 70-300 lens.
