Massasauga Provincial Park, ON, Canada – After a day of portaging we settled in on a rocky outcrop. The paddles almost feel as if they glow as their shiny coats reflect the light of the nearby campfire. The image illustrates well the sense of isolation and solitude achieved through such remote excursions. Captured with a Canon 20D using a 17-40mm lens.
